Colmore M&E operates in accordance with the latest guidance from the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), BSRIA, and current Building Regulations (Part L and Part F).
We are also fully compliant with the UK Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas (F-Gas) Regulations, ensuring all systems containing refrigerants are designed, installed, and maintained responsibly to minimise leakage and environmental impact. Our qualified engineers carry the required F-Gas certification, reflecting our commitment to safe and sustainable HVAC practice.
