Chris Broad - Managing Director
Chris leads Colmore M&E, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience across the mechanical and electrical engineering industry.
He began his career as an apprentice mechanical estimator with Sovereign Planned Services, where he developed his technical grounding and achieved his HNC in Building Services Engineering. Since then, he has held senior roles in estimating, project management, and sales with respected Midlands-based contractors including Bry-Kol, McDowalls, and React Cooling.
Before launching Colmore M&E, Chris spent three years as Engineering Director at Inside Limited, where he oversaw the delivery of complex, multi-sector M&E projects. His leadership combines technical expertise, commercial understanding, and a passion for quality — driving Colmore M&E’s reputation for reliable, sustainable, and client-focused engineering.

James Buckley - Sales & Design Manager
James brings over a decade of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, with a strong background spanning estimating, design, and technical management. His career includes senior roles with leading industry names such as React Cooling, Coolair Equipment, Hitachi, and Rinnai — where he honed his skills in system design, sales, and client delivery.
Now part of Colmore M&E as Senior Contracts Manager, James combines his technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach to project management. His deep understanding of building services systems and commitment to quality make him a key part of the team driving Colmore M&E’s continued growth and excellence in project delivery.

Jamie Hall - Contracts Manager
Jamie brings extensive experience in HVAC and mechanical contracting, having delivered a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the Midlands. Before joining Inside Limited, he held key project and contract management roles with Coolair Equipment and Rowland Group, and spent five years with React Cooling Services, where he developed a deep technical understanding of complex M&E systems.
Now part of Colmore M&E’s delivery team, Jamie is responsible for managing projects from concept through completion — ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. His hands-on approach, strong communication, and commitment to client satisfaction make him a vital contributor to Colmore M&E’s reputation for excellence.

Craig Frame - Business Development Manager
Craig has led Inside Limited as Managing Director for over eight years, guiding the company through sustained growth across the commercial, industrial, and education sectors. With a strong background in construction management and a passion for collaborative delivery, Craig has built a reputation for driving quality, innovation, and client trust.
In his role with Colmore M&E, Craig focuses on business development and strategic growth, supporting the team in building lasting relationships and expanding the company’s reach across the UK.
